Overview:

As a Consultant in the Commissioner's Office at the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, I led a comprehensive communications campaign promoting the municipality's "Ease of Living" survey, designed to capture citizen feedback for enhanced governance and public service delivery. Leveraging human-centered design methodologies, the campaign aimed to foster meaningful civic engagement and transparency between the municipal government and residents.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Creative Design & Content Strategy

    Developed compelling visuals and messaging tailored specifically for diverse platforms, employing empathy mapping techniques to ensure resonance across Mumbai’s varied demographics.

    Designed creatives strategically optimized for clarity, cultural relevance, and maximum engagement, driving greater public understanding and participation.

  • Campaign Execution & Management

    Managed end-to-end deployment of campaign creatives across diverse communication channels, including 18 billboards, 42 bus depots, 13 newspapers, over 4,000 posters, and extensive online platforms.

    Monitored and iterated messaging effectiveness through user feedback and engagement metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal citizen response.
